  I really like the food pick up service and use it frequently. I am very satisfied with your service reps who pack my car. They are very helpful and polite. However, I rarely put a head of lettuce in my order for the very reason I am complaining about. The head of lettuce was the wimpiest head I have ever seen. No volume at all. I don't even think you can make a small salad out of it. Whoever chose it must have just grabbed any head and put it in the cart.
  I'm sure you train your shoppers on how to pick produce. I just couldn't believe it when I got home.
